The facility is divided into a Baby Room for infants aged 0-2 years and a Preschool for children aged 2-5 years. They provide flexible session options including full-day (8 am-6 pm) and half-day (8 am-12:30 pm or 1:15 pm-5:45 pm), with additional early drop-off and late pick-up services available for an extra fee. The nursery operates 51 weeks a year, closing only on bank holidays and for a period between December 24th and January 2nd. Puffin's emphasises strong relationships with families to ease children into nursery life, believing in open communication to deliver exceptional care. Their dedicated team undergoes regular training to enhance their skills, and a bank team is employed to ensure consistent staffing.
