Thankfully we were recommended this nursery by another parent after a poor experience with a different nursery on Ford Road (Dagenham) that was rated “Outstanding”. Quality Kids is well structured, professional and most of all caring. Helen is our child’s amazing primary key worker and all of the staff and management are superb. I trust my child with them as I do family because that’s how attentive and consistent the nursery is in our experience so far. We’ve had experience with other nurseries too so it goes to show Ofsted ratings can be misleading.
