The dedicated team of 16 childcare staff, including the owner and manager, comprises twelve members qualified to early years level 3 and three with early years teacher status. The nursery is committed to communication and language development, utilising action songs and rhymes, and supporting children with special educational needs through a dedicated SEND coordinator. Children enjoy extensive periods outdoors in the "Ragaden" and woodland area, fostering physical well-being and a connection with nature. Outdoor space Children enjoy extensive periods of time playing outdoors. This promotes their physical and mental well-being. The all-weather space has covered outdoor classrooms created to provide safe, challenging activities to continue children's learning outdoors.
