Management literally had the cheek to email me stating they always provide a 'safe nurturing environment for all children' & they offered support when they clearly did NOT! & also refused to give me back payment i have made for june 2025 (payments are made 1 month in advance) as ive obviously pulled my kids out 🫣 disgusting to say the least!!!!! My daughter is now thriving unharmed at another nursery.
