On top of this there was very little communication regarding my sons day at nursery (the few days he did attend) when asking one of the nursery teachers if my son had ate well she responded he had. I asked what he had ate and she said she didn’t know I would have to check the menu online!??\n\nEventually we came to the decision that we were paying for our son to sit at home and decided to give in our notice and terminate the agreement. Notice was given as per the contractual agreement. The termination form was filled out as advised by the manager verbally over the phone - who was putting off meeting with me in person and who then later on in court denied this. Tip: Ensure to communicate in writing when attempting to communicate with the nursery.\n\nThis nursery then decided to go ahead and try and charge us for an extra month!! When we contested this payment we were sent court proceedings and an invoice that totalled in over £1200.
