We had been paying for a place, so this caused significant disruption and stress. In follow-up meetings, the nursery acknowledged someone should have reviewed the EHCP earlier. A group SENCO apologised and suggested a place at their Northampton site, around 40 minutes from home.\n\nWhile individual staff were polite, the process failed our child. In my opinion, the nursery was not prepared to support SEND despite prior disclosure and ample time to review documents. Rhymtime nursery clearly don't think as parents we are entitled to an explanation of why our son was left all day hungry.
