The homely feel is what I was looking for and felt that instantly when I arrived. I love the app they use to communicate with the parents, so we can see how they're doing and what they're eating. The food is absolutely amazing, they eat better than I do at home! The activities they have for the children are amazing and my boy always loves to tell me what he got up to. The staff have helped me so much with his potty training and with any other treatments or care he's needed. The staff have always been very supportive and have excellent communication. I do wish we could come inside sometimes when collecting the children to have a sneak peak at them playing but that's just a personal thing and I totally understand the reasons/logistics of why it doesn't happen.
