The setting, operating from The Partyhouse, ensures a good quality of education with staff who are positive and respectful, acting as excellent role models. With a capacity for 40 children and a current roll of 17, the staff demonstrate a sound knowledge of child development, allowing them to effectively plan next steps in learning for each child. Children are encouraged to be independent, from cutting up fruit at snack time to putting on their coats before going outside. The indoor and outdoor environments are set up to promote self-chosen play and foster confidence. The leadership team is reflective and committed to continuous improvement, valuing advice from local authority advisers and supporting staff development through coaching and training.
