I addressed with the nursery on many occasions but again same excuse ‘split second’. I found it very concerning that staff were unable to protect my child. This didn’t just happen to my child, it’s happened to many children and most of them parents had taken their child out (including myself). Very concerning safeguarding issues. I personally wouldn’t recommend this nursery; it looks amazing as they do extra curricular but in reality it wasn’t as amazing as it seemed on paper.
