I wish I could name every single person, but I have to give special thanks to the manager, Charlotte. The way she welcomed my son it genuinely felt like she was looking after him as if he were her own.\n\nThe constant communication, the updates, the photos, the activities, the inclusion everything has been outstanding. My son is non-verbal, but they truly went above and beyond. They even supported me through the process of working with the council and preparing his EHCP. Their professionalism and care have been unmatched.\n\nThey reached out to his old preschool to organise a proper handover, just to help him feel more at home. And even though he was only with them for a short time (as he’s now going to primary school), they still put in so much time, effort, and energy to make him feel comfortable, safe, and included.\n\nDespite being busy and fully booked with other children, they made sure my son got the attention and care he deserved. I honestly can’t thank them enough 10 out of 10.\n\nI’ll definitely be placing my daughter with them next.
