The staff are very fake, unorganised and unprofessional. If you pull them up on something, the whole attitude changes. Please be aware of their no packed lunch policy. They misled me for the first 2 weeks pretending it was alright to bring in pack lunch and then all of a sudden they refused my son his lunch and water and then completely denied it. A 4 year old has no reason to lie. They then accepted that it was their fault due to lack of communication. If you use early years funding, they will not transfer the funding to a new setting. They messed me around so much. My child missed 8 weeks of childcare and they pocketed the money for no reason.
