The nursery is managed by a committee and employs 20 staff members, 13 of whom hold an appropriate early years qualification at level 2 or above. The dedication of the new management has significantly improved the quality of provision since the previous "Inadequate" inspection, now achieving a "Good" overall effectiveness rating. The nursery prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming environment where children are supported in their development, from separating from parents to engaging in imaginative play and outdoor activities. The curriculum is ambitious, catering to all children, including those with English as an additional language and special educational needs and/or disabilities, ensuring effective planning for each child's learning journey.
