The nursery provides full day care for children aged 0 to 4, with sessions available from 7 am until 7 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round. The setting has 16 childcare staff members, 11 of whom hold appropriate early years qualifications at level 3 or above. This well-established nursery has a strong management team, comprising a manager and deputy, who work closely with company directors and managers from sister settings. They have clear roles and responsibilities and emphasise supporting staff to feel valued. Serendipity Nursery has a total of 50 places and currently has 102 children on roll. The nursery places a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and is working to deepen staff knowledge on curriculum delivery. The latest Ofsted inspection, on 31st August 2023, continued its "Good" overall rating, reflecting the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, and leadership and management.
