Following a regulatory visit on March 8, 2024, Ofsted issued actions to address certain requirements. The nursery promptly responded by updating its safeguarding policy to align with local authority safeguarding partnership guidance. They also took steps to ensure all staff, including designated safeguarding leads, are knowledgeable about managing allegations against staff members. The provider notified Ofsted of a staffing matter on February 16, 2024, fulfilling their responsibility to report allegations against adults working with children, as per the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
