Her key worker Ella goes above and beyond and even helps with challenges we find ourselves dealing with at home, she works with our daughter at Nursery to improve behaviours. A big shout out to Mel to, she was a massive part of toilet training our daughter and she mastered it in a matter of weeks, such dedication from staff - they even made a toilet chart with her favourite character on for her to bring home that was the same as the one she had in nursery.
