After being here for under a month, I decided to take my son out of this nursery because of a number of reasons. A few red flags which made me decide to take my son from this nursery one is because he was always distressed apart from one day, even today when I came to collect my son, the manager as well as another staff said he had a great day, but when I had come to collect he was very distressed with a runny nose and tears just flowing. The sleeve on his arm was soaking wet, I thought why was he not changed when he did have spare clothes at the nursery. Another time I had picked him up he was soiled and I wondered, how long was he in the soiled nappy for? I did express my concerns as I said to the manager but she didn't get back to me. So after today, I decided I would not send my son back to this nursery, sad thing is I was recommended this nursery, but I personally would not recommend this nursery, but each to their own as they say. There was one staff member who I thought was nice and I think her name was Chloe, apologies if I have got the name wrong, but she would always give me a little run down of his day, as they don't seem to update this information on the EYparent app, think it's pointless having the app to be honest. So yea, a 1 star review from me.
