Established in a converted 1930s church building in Scarborough, just a 10-minute walk from town, the nursery is registered with OFSTED to care for 44 children aged 6 months to 5 years. They operate 50 weeks a year, offering both full-time and term-time places. The nursery is divided into three age-specific areas: "Sunbeams" for 6 months to 2 years, featuring a carpeted space, wet area for messy play, a quiet sensory room, and a separate sleep room; "Rainbows" for 2 to 3 years olds, providing flexible space for role-play, water play, creative activities, and story-time, as well as parachute games, music, and small world exploration; and "Little Stars" for 3 to 5 years, which includes construction, creative play, role-play, water activities, a story and listening area, play-dough table, loose parts play, and free-flow access to an outdoor area. The nursery welcomes children eligible for both 2-year-old and 3/4-year-old funding. Parents are encouraged to arrange a visit to see the facilities and meet the team. Fees remain payable during child absence and holidays, with permanent session changes restricted to the start of terms for funded children. Late pickup fees and a refundable deposit also apply.
