The staff are friendly and genuinely seem like they are interested and care about the children. My children really enjoy it there and actually come out skipping after a long day. My eldest couldn't sleep at previous nurseries as other nurseries expect them to sleep in the same room in daylight, however here, they actually set up an environment conducive to sleep with white noise and a darkened room. My son now sleeps for several hours every nursery day. They post excellent feedback reports about my children on a monthly basis. And actually use a useful app 'famly' to document my child's day, unlike other nurseries that use apps that weren't helpful or informative at all. There is even the option to book additional days as required which is such a help l.\nOverall I'm very happy with this nursery. They really are so flexible and compassionate.
