The staff have been amazing, helping to nurture and develop our son into a confident little boy who is constantly stretched and supported. When he has been nervous or hesitant they have helped him to be confident. When he has shown an interest in something they have worked with that topic to develop skills across the early years curriculum in a way that engages him. His key workers have all been fantastic and the amount of time and energy they invest in the child as an individual is a credit to them all. It will be with a heavy heart that we leave Smart Start to begin the next step in his development and we will leave behind a lot of friends.
