Before children start, parents receive pictures of staff and activities. Children with SEND are invited to attend short, gradually increasing sessions to help them become familiar with the environment and staff. Outdoor space The manager identified that children needed more outdoor opportunities and introduced resources such as water play and a 'fairy garden' to enhance their engagement outdoors.
