The dedicated team of 12 staff members, many of whom hold relevant early years qualifications, ensures a high-quality learning experience. The curriculum focuses strongly on communication, language, and personal, social, and emotional development. Smilers effectively identifies and supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and successful transitions into and through the setting are a priority, with staff sharing comprehensive information with parents to ensure a smooth experience for each child. The setting was rated "Good" in its latest inspection on June 30, 2025, showing significant improvement from its previous "Inadequate" rating.
