The setting provides a safe and secure environment where children thrive due to the highly motivated, caring, and nurturing staff team. The curriculum is stimulating and individualised, ensuring all children have equal learning opportunities. Staff expertly weave all areas of learning into children's play, fostering curiosity and building on their existing abilities. The team focuses on promoting communication skills, using various methods like the Picture Exchange Communication System, Makaton, words, and gestures. Leaders have recently introduced a new communication system recommended by speech and language therapists. The nursery maintains exceptional partnerships with parents, offering support with all aspects of their children's care, including assistance with funding applications and regular coffee mornings and training sessions.
