With 41 children on roll and a capacity for 30, the setting prides itself on its dedicated team of eight staff members, all holding appropriate early years qualifications between level 3 and level 6. Children at St Clare's thoroughly enjoy their time, forming strong bonds with staff and peers, and engaging eagerly in a wide range of stimulating activities. The pre-school places a strong emphasis on fostering language development, confidence, and self-esteem, with managers and staff working closely with speech and language therapists to provide excellent support for children with speech delays.
