My son is finishing his last term at St James Pre-School having been there for 2.5 years. He has absolutely loved it. There is a great staff-to-child ratio. The teachers are fantastic - very nurturing, genuine and kind - some of whom have been with the nursery for many years. They have an incredible ability to make every child feel special and cherished, and my son has flourished under their guidance. It has been a blessing and I truly feel the teachers are like extended family. They are so kind and caring and nurture our children. It feels so great to know our children are well looked after, and are also enriched with so many wonderful experiences. Friendships are the heart of this preschool, you really see your little ones make great connections and have fun so much all day long. They have a wonderful garden and spend a lot of time gardening and learning outside. They make inspiring builds outside as well as great role play like dressing up and washing cars. There is a climbing frame with slide, sandpit and mud kitchen as well as a hall with bikes and cars for indoor use. The upstairs classroom is warm and friendly full of activities, fun and learning. The preschool also provide a class a term, from yoga to football as well a wealth of lovely activities the children will cherish forever.
