The dedicated childcare team, comprising seven members with appropriate early years qualifications, including a manager with a level 6 qualification, ensures that children receive individualised support and attention. The pre-school operates during term time only, from 8am to 4pm, offering full day care sessions. The staff are adept at fostering a secure atmosphere, building strong bonds with children, and planning learning experiences that considerate of both individual interests and developmental stages. The curriculum balances focused learning with ample opportunities for free play, promoting kindness, sharing, and turn-taking. With a strong emphasis on well-being and continuous improvement through regular training and supervision, Stanton Pre-School is committed to providing a high-quality early years education.
