Very flexible in terms of no set sessions and having a holiday club for older children. Any issues we have raised have been dealt with quickly and resolved. Learning is thoroughly encouraged and my daughter is always doing different themed activities. Have had plenty of communication via the app and staff are always quick to send pictures of my child settled if we’ve had a difficult drop off. Staff know children's individual needs and what skills they are working on, using this knowledge to engage them in meaningful learning. Staff collect information from parents when children first begin, to help with planning for their individual needs. Outdoor space Older children benefit from studying and learning about nature, visiting a separate pond area under staff's supervision. Children enjoy sitting at tables under a sheltered area in the garden to draw and experiment with sensory play materials.
