Conveniently located near the Metro Centre, A1, Newcastle, Gateshead, and Team Valley, the nursery operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week. Early starts at 7:30 AM can be pre-arranged, and half-day sessions are available from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The nursery is open for 51 weeks a year, closing only for public bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year. All staff are fully qualified and experienced, fostering a warm, caring, and secure environment. The nursery features four rooms—the Baby Room, Duckling Room, Cygnet Room, and Pre-School Room—all equipped with CCTV and age-appropriate educational toys. A large outdoor area with various surfaces ensures plenty of outdoor learning opportunities. Stepping Stones also accepts various nursery voucher schemes and government funding for 2 and 3-year-olds. Prospective families are encouraged to book an appointment to tour the facilities.
