So when she moved up to toddlers she didn't feel overwhelmed and was able to settle immediately (not an easy feat based on the 2 YO in question!).\n\nThe staff have provided an excellent teaching programme and I have been so surprised by the skills she has learnt for such a young age. These are also skills that just generally make everyone's life easier (i.e. putting shoes/coat on, washing hands, pulling down/up leggins/pants). They have managed to teach her these skills so much faster than I ever could by myself. Thank you Stonecroft! :)\n\nThe food is also generally really good and they do make an effort to make sure they are well fed upon collection. The staff also enjoy taking the kids out to the park, softplay and even santa.\n\nDo not let the current Ofsted fool you; this is an outstanding nursery run by an excellent group of staff. The added attention they give to preschool children to prepare them for their transition to school is second to none. My eldest son really benefitted from this last year when he started primary school. I cannot fault the nursery at all. The whole team does a fantastic job and I really believe any child that attend this nursery can only thrive from what is provided to them.
