On 15/08/2024, Ofsted found the nursery to be "Good" overall, following a previous incident on June 26, 2024, which the provider promptly reported, fulfilling their statutory duty. However, further regulatory telephone calls on July 1 and July 9, 2024, revealed some unmet requirements. Specifically, the nursery had not adequately informed Ofsted of changes to contact details and there were concerns about risk assessments and staff training related to child safety. As a result, Ofsted issued actions to strengthen risk assessments and enhance staff understanding of their roles in keeping children safe. The provider has addressed these concerns, and Ofsted is now satisfied with the actions taken. The nursery remains registered with Ofsted and can provide further information about these actions to parents.
