They are having issues with staffing so if you send your child here there is a high chance of being let down. Trying to explain to my 3 year old why he can’t go back to school and won’t see his teachers or friends again was heartbreaking. What’s worse is the follow up since ditching us has been incredibly unprofessional with no support, no response to my complaint email or any phone call. They then gave my son’s belongings to another parent to hopefully pass onto me without even asking if that would be ok first.\n\nIf you are looking for early years childcare I’d avoid Sunbeams as you are likely to be let down. Who knows how long it will be an until there is staffing issues at another sites.
