They have a good admin staff that keep things ticking and the staff on the nursery floor obviously plan things out. This results in cohesive parent / teacher relations and engaging teacher / child development. It feels there is a general plan going on, and they are all pushing in the right direction.\n\nEvery single nursery teacher is a star in their own right, and they all have interesting stories to tell regarding all the activities and feedback they have from the kids. Every teacher really puts in the effort. VIcky, Chloe and Hayleigh have been really fantastic, but to be honest the whole team are really A*.\n\nEveryone knows my kid, and it feels like the teachers really engage with the children.
