The day nursery embraces a unique educational approach where children are encouraged to learn independently, fostering strong communication skills and exceeding academic expectations. While the baby room primarily follows the Early Years Foundation Stage, it integrates core Montessori principles and materials. As children progress to the toddler room, the Montessori curriculum becomes more prominent, aiming to unleash their full potential. The preschool room offers a comprehensive Montessori curriculum throughout the day. Committed to providing a smooth and supportive transition, the day nursery conducts individual settling-in sessions for each child, allowing them to acclimate to routines and surroundings alongside their parents. Meals are freshly prepared on-site, with a focus on healthy and varied nutrition, and children are actively involved in food preparation and healthy eating choices. Sunshine Fruits Montessori prides itself on maintaining open and consistent communication with parents, offering daily updates through an online app and termly progress meetings with detailed reports. The Camberwell branch, registered with Ofsted in 2017, holds a "Good" Ofsted rating, highlighting its calm and supportive atmosphere, high expectations, ambitious curriculum, and strong parent partnerships.
