The nursery, which operates all year round from 7:15 am to 6:30 pm, fosters confidence and strong relationships with staff, ensuring good progress for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). The dedicated team of 22 childcare staff, many with Level 3 or above qualifications, including a manager with early years professional status, are highly responsive to children's individual needs and curiosities. The outdoor area is spacious and well-resourced, encouraging children to explore and learn about the world around them while benefitting from fresh air and exercise. The nursery ensures children develop positive attitudes towards learning within a well-organised environment that sparks their natural curiosity. Partnerships with parents are highly effective, with regular progress meetings and shared learning journals, fostering a collaborative approach to enhance each child's emotional well-being and confidence. They also offer funded early education for three and four-year-old children and run an after-school club from 3 pm to 6:30 pm daily.
