I have witnessed the staff shouting at children.\nThey do nothing to engage the children, they just let them run around wild (witnessed many times). I tried to raise these issues with management and high staff on several occasions and way always made to feel like an idiot for even suggesting. I have since moved my child and he is absolutely fine and thriving in another nearby nursery. So it wasn't my son that was the issue, Teddies. You made us feel like this. It was your staff. He was never 'too much' for your nursery.
