Their approach is truly child-centred, and you can feel it in everything they do. This nursery doesn’t just meet expectations—they exceed them. Food were freshly made daily and not charity food like the previous nursery which made children ill.\n\nI’ve recommended Tendercubs to others because of the excellent service I received. Their flexibility suited my schedule perfectly, and I always felt that they cared deeply—not just for the children, but for the parents too.\n\nHaving come from a distressing experience with the previous nursery, where I felt money mattered more than the children, Tendercubs was a breath of fresh air. I only regret not making the move sooner. When I shared my earlier experience with the management—including how the previous nursery inaccurately suggested my daughters had autism due to delayed speech—they were genuinely shocked.
