My child has been left with a blistered bum from nappy allergies previously mentioned to the staff ( provide my own nappies) of which they put one she’s allergic too on her. They cannot tell the difference between a pull up and a nappy/diaper. They are never accountable for the issues that arise, they left my child in urine filled pants and handed them back to me at pick up without a word about it. My child has been bitten by another child and the best they could do is tell me they couldn’t tell me who bit my child! They told me once a few months in to her starting when I wanted to complain that they needed me to come in, in regards to my child’s progress only for me to get there and it just be a meeting on why she wasn't in much ( weak immune system and was always ill) and wanted to then give me a lecture on how to bring her in more often and take her to the doctors like that wasn’t what I was already doing.
