Staff are explicitly told not to turn it on, leaving the nursery freezing for both children and employees.\n\nDuring my time there, children constantly had runny noses, and many appeared lethargic or unwell—direct consequences of the cold. I wore triple layers and still shivered, so I can only imagine how distressing this is for young kids who can’t regulate their body temperature as well. A warm environment is basic for child safety and development, and this nursery is failing to provide it.\n\nStaff morale is also catastrophic. We’re underpaid, overworked, and demoralized by management’s disregard for our comfort and the children’s health. It’s heartbreaking to see dedicated caregivers unable to do their jobs properly because of such neglect.\n\nParents deserve to know their children are in a safe, nurturing space.refusal to address the heating issue is unacceptable and puts vulnerable kids at risk.
