Our child eats food there he wouldn't touch at home so we know if he's having a nursery day he's going to get a decent meal in him. Alternatively you can send packed lunch if you don't want to do that.\n\nThe manager is prompt in any questions you may have and overall communication is very good, they also have a facebook which they post helpful information on that also goes beyond the nursery itself such as around checking eligibility for funded hours etc. The staff that we've met all seem nice, caring people, our son has his favourites and is unsure of those he's not familiar with which is totally normal, they don't appear pushy if he's not sure. If there's an incident such as banging his head, they'll always call you. They, rightly so, have strict rules about sending a child in who is unwell and also seeking information and signed statement if your child goes in injured.
