After completing the registration process for my child and paying the full fee for a term, they cancelled my child’s place without any notice, while my child was already on his way to the nursery. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The sudden cancellation after receiving full payment showed a complete lack of consideration for families. There are many other nurseries in Oxford that offer the same (or even better) services and treat parents with professionalism and respect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this nursery to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy childcare. They are so well behaved and we had a beautiful morning with them. The nursery staff were superb in guiding and encouraging the children.
