We were pretty upset they had left it so long, and I emailed afterwards saying if he is upset please don’t wait as long as this again. He came out asleep as he had cried until he passed out.\n- I had to email them to remind them to check his nappy before bringing him down for me to collect him as it often had a poo in it.
