So no complaints.\n\nWe received updates from the staff every day (down to very fine detail!) which is good and they were always quick to call if there was any injury or if he was unwell.\n\nThey also use an online tool called Tapestry which records pictures and videos of their progress - this was excellent.\n\nI award 3 stars because I get the feeling that the staff and the management appear to be disconnected and the staff seem very fearful of management from conversations I have heard. Also, this nursery is very expensive and I don't think they warrant charging what they charge.
