They are warm, attentive and deeply invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. It’s obvious that they don’t simply see this as a job, they care deeply about the children as individuals. They know their personalities, their quirks, their strengths and the little things that make them feel secure.\n\nAs parents, the greatest reassurance is seeing how happy and settled your children are at drop-off and how excited they are to share their day with you at pick-up.
