The Letchworth setting, established first, has an Ofsted Outstanding rating from July 2024. The Wheathampstead branch, opened in December 2022, holds an Ofsted Good rating. The newest Hitchin pre-school, launched in September 2024, is awaiting its initial Ofsted inspection. All locations are purpose-built with direct outdoor access and can accommodate children from one year old in their "Nest" rooms. They offer flexible sessions, including breakfast clubs, morning and afternoon sessions, lunch clubs, and full-day care.
