For 8 months they failed to get it right and didn't put my daughters eligible funding through, then tried to claim it back through me personally!!?? Its a disgrace. My daughter is currently under diagnosis for ADHD and Autism and the manager, Sian Marshallsay, who is also the SENCO Lead failed to supply correct information to professionals when requested and failed to even put a care plan in place, regardless of the evidence in front of her. When I asked her what sensory equipment is available in the rooms for my daughter (considering they received her disability funding) Sian told me to bring my own in as it would be unhygienic to supply it in the rooms. Sorry - what??\nCommunication is shocking.
