With fifteen nurseries, the group prioritises a "home from home" setting, featuring bright rooms filled with age-appropriate activities and well-equipped outdoor play areas. The nursery is dedicated to offering continuity of care through its experienced and qualified staff. The curriculum is guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework, ensuring that learning and development opportunities are integrated into daily play and activities, supporting children from babyhood through to pre-school. The nursery prides itself on fostering independence and confidence in children, preparing them for their next educational steps. Mealtimes are a social and nutritious affair, with fresh meals prepared daily by dedicated cooks. The nursery also maintains an open-door policy, encouraging parents to engage with staff and track their child's progress through a key worker system and an Interactive Learning Diary (ILD) that parents can access and contribute to, promoting a collaborative approach to each child's development. Our ethos At Little Ripley Day Nursery, our aim is to provide a happy, safe and caring environment in which the children are relaxed and can thrive.
