The centre offers childcare for children aged 6 months to 4 years, with both full- and part-time options, as well as sessional provisions for 2-4 year olds during term time. Additionally, it runs a Teatime Club for primary school children with pick-up from Winns Primary School, and a Holiday Club during school breaks for primary school age children. The centre operates Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5:50 pm and has an Ofsted rating of "Good" as of September 2022.
