The nursery creates a comforting, home-like environment that fosters learning through engaging play. It boasts an "Ofsted Good" rating and prioritises strong emotional attachments between children and staff, noting their genuine care. The leadership team includes owner Kate, who holds a Level 6 in Early Years Practice, and owner Martin, who manages finances and development with an Early Years Practice Foundation Degree. The manager, Rachel, is a Level 5 practitioner and the setting's SENDCo, while Deputy Manager Rebecca is an Early Years Teacher and qualified Forest School practitioner, also serving as the Safeguarding Lead. The nursery utilises Famly software for parent communication, sharing online journals with progress updates, photos, and videos.
