This nursery is not a corporate-run enterprise, so it feels distinctly different, much more intimate and authentic, than other nurseries I originally considered. One of the most telling aspects is the staff: the only turn over I have seen in the time we've been there has been due to maternity-leave. The staff is stable with dedicated, career-oriented early educators, committed to this nursery and its ethos. This stability is so important for the children and it lends itself to meaningful and trusting relationships between the staff and parents.
