The environment is designed to be safe, caring, and stimulating, fostering a relaxed atmosphere where children can achieve their full potential. The Wendy House prides itself on its 'open door' policy, welcoming visitors at any time to experience its warm and happy atmosphere. The nursery adheres to government-specified staff ratios and follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, preparing children for primary school with structured lessons in their final year. The staff are all OFSTED qualified and continuously enhance their knowledge and skills through relevant courses, with all members trained in first aid.
