The nursery was founded by Joint Managing Directors Charlotte Moseley and Melissa Rexworthy, both parents who sought to create a business that would allow them the flexibility to be present in their own children’s upbringing, leveraging their experience in residential business and management qualifications. The nursery’s vision is to be the premier childcare provider in its community, dedicated to offering exceptional service to families and fostering an environment where every child can achieve their fullest potential. Tiger Lily aims to cultivate happy, confident, and caring children who are eager to learn through engaging, well-planned activities both indoors and outdoors. They strive to provide a secure, stimulating, and safe setting where children’s confidence and self-esteem can flourish, while also offering a friendly and flexible childcare service for parents. Their approach includes a child-centred environment, flexibility to meet individual needs, a team of qualified and experienced staff committed to providing excellent care and education, and a philosophy of positive learning through play.
